Report grouping

How to adjust the reporting summaries and group totals on Schedule Reports.
















Reports for both the Tax and Accounting Schedules will present the above form prior to printing.

In the Report Grouping section of this form, you may select the summary totals and sort order for the printing of these reports.  You may select by Asset Group at detail (minor group) or summary (major group) level. You can report by Branch and department. You can also choose to suppress either or both these subtotals.


An example selection follows:



Here we want to report by Branch. The inner subtotal has been suppressed, but will be used to control the sort order (by department) in each Branch section.  The above selection produces a Tax schedule report with totalling as shown:
