Question: I installed the Mindbow software but didn't get any icons. I have a "Base Version" but it only gives me a "Mindbow Base Software" window that does nothing.
Answer: You have only installed the Mindbow Application Framework. (You are mostly there.) Download and install the evaluation software, or contact sales for a link to the live program.
Known issues:
Windows Vista: is NOT currently supported. Work is underway on a Dot Net revision expected to be completed late in 2008.
Windows XP: due to
the protected status of some software modules on XP, the install process
may bring up error message. Press OK and continue the installation. This
doesn't cause any problems.
Windows 98, ME and versions of Windows NT prior to Windows 2000 are no longer supported
